Venue rental rates fall into three basic tiers. Speak with our sales team to get a custom quote for your date and time. Rental rates can vary seasonally, during public holidays, and due to other factors such as major annual conferences and festivals held in San Francisco. Special rates will apply on weekends like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and December dates.

Bar and Service Rates
The Foundry offers bar packages for guest counts from 100 to 200, based on a minimum of 4-hours of service. Additional hours can be added. For guest counts under 100 or over 200, minimums will apply. Ask your sales rep for more details.

All packages include an assortment of sodas and juices.
Corkage fee $20/per bottle of wine. Non-Profit corkage fee is $15/per bottle of wine.
Due to market availability, in some circumstances, it may be necessary to make product substitutions.

CATERING
Outside catering options are allowed, all caterers must complete site visit walk-through with Operations Manager.
